Costs other than the price<\/th>The cost of the connection needed for the video call is yours. Depending on how you pay, a transfer fee or similar may apply.<\/td><\/tr>
How to pay<\/th>Bank transfer or credit card. We tell you in the email we send once the date is confirmed.<\/td><\/tr>
When to pay<\/th>After we send the email confirming the date, please pay by the day before the session.<\/td><\/tr>
When the service is provided<\/th>After you apply, we arrange the date by email and hold the session online at a time both sides agree.<\/td><\/tr>
How long an application is valid<\/th>We take up to five people a month. Once that month's places are full, we close applications for that month.<\/td><\/tr>
Cancellation and refunds<\/th>Cancelling before payment costs nothing. Please email us before you reply to the scheduling email, or before you pay.
To cancel or change the date after payment, please contact the email address above.
If the session cannot go ahead for reasons on our side, including a connection failure on our side, we will rearrange it or refund in full.
As the service is provided online, the cooling-off provisions do not apply.<\/td><\/tr>
What you need<\/th>Please have a computer or smartphone that can connect to the internet and make a video call. We send the video call link by email by the day before.<\/td><\/tr>
Notes<\/th>This service is coaching about how to use yakuzen, how to choose a qualification, and work and career. We do not diagnose illness, treat it or direct medication, or perform any other medical act. We cannot answer questions about symptoms or a diagnosis, or whether a food is safe for someone in treatment. Please speak to a doctor or pharmacist.
