Director and CEO, Agriture Inc. CEO of Agriture Inc., which handles contract processing and OEM work centred on dried vegetables and dried fruit. Working with farmers in Kyoto Prefecture, he pursues sustainable food distribution through putting out-of-spec vegetables to use and supporting sixth-sector industrialisation. Drawing on hands-on experience on the production floor, he offers support alongside every business considering OEM, from product planning and prototyping to small-lot work, packaging design and opening sales channels.
